Thank you to the Lionel Walden School Association for organising another successful and enjoyable Summer Fair!
Thank you also to staff, parents, carers and pupils for your generous donations, for helping to run the stalls and for coming along and supporting this event. Thank you to the Fire Service for attending along with a large lorry from Suction Evacuation that had been filled with balloons for children to guess the amount.
Everyone enjoyed the many stalls and activities which included a Grand Draw, refreshments, tombola and many games.
We all enjoyed the musical accompaniment from Mr Langley and his band too.
There were so many positive comments received from parents and pupils including 'It was the best Summer Fair ever!'.
The amount raised was an enormous £3039.78. Thank you so much to everyone as this will go a long way in supporting us to enhance our IT equipment and outdoor learning in school.
